1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Refunds

3. Exchanges

- For size, color, or model changes, please contact us first to check availability.
- Exchange requests must be raised within the same return period.
4. Shipping of Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of tracking.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, e-liquids, vapes).
- Gift cards and digital/downloadable products.
- Customized, made-to-order, or perishable goods.
- Clearance or final-sale products.
